Hello UFNSBE E-board,

This email is a reminder about the UFNSBE membership drive that is coming
next week. As e-board members, your help is needed in making this a
successful membership drive. The UFNSBE membership drive is an annual
event designed to recruit new members to UFNSBE (ex. freshmen students
entering UF) and retaining old members.

The setup for the membership drive is as follows:

1.) Each E-board member will be designated 4 or 5 members to call (I will
give you a standard greeting for those of you that are uncomfortable
making calls). You will call each person and if they do not answer you
will leave a reminder voicemail. You will also need to ask the member if
they would like for UFNSBE to send a letter to President Obama on their
behalf. If they agree, please send the names to me
(vicepresident@ufnsbe.org) or Derrious (membershipchair@ufnsbe.org).

2.) Each E-board member is required to be registered online by July 15,
once you register we would like for members to change their Facebook
status to say:

“I just signed up for UFNSBE...follow me @nsbe.org” (similar to what
people say about twitter.)


Here is the standard greeting, and attached is the membership flyer if you
would like to make it your Facebook profile.

My name is (insert name) and I am calling to remind you that your NSBE
membership expires this Friday July 31st. You can renew on
nsbe.org anytime before Friday and receive 20 membership points.
Remember membership points can be used to receive free t-shirts, free
resumes, make you eligible for certain UFNSBE scholarships, and take money
off of conventions. You can find more information in our
facebook group and on ufnsbe.org
